If you would like to set up an account with LEI, Inc. please contact the sales department via e-mail or call us at 800-309-9908. The process of setting up your account with us is simple.
Request Pricing: Know the quantity you generate for each specific waste stream (helps determine your pricing) and then get in touch with a LEI, Inc. Sales Rep. The Representative will send you a price quote for our services.
Sign Price Quote: If everything in the price quote looks agreeable, fax the signed price quote to us at (985) 878 3033.
Complete New Customer Forms: We will then need the following forms completed so we can set you up in our database.
- Billing Information
- New Customer Profile Sheet (for customers requiring LEI, Inc. to pickup waste - if only purchasing goods or delivering waste, this form is not required)
- Credit Application
