LEI’s Hammond Facility is a RCRA Part B Operating Permitted Facility.  Our RCRA Part B Permit allows us to accept and manage a variety of hazardous wastes in accordance with the regulations set forth by the EPA.  The broad coverage of our permit gives our customers the benefits of using one company for their hazardous waste management and recycling needs.  Our RCRA Part B permit provides the necessary regulatory oversight and associated financial mechanisms needed to assure our customers and local community that trained and experienced professionals properly manage all hazardous waste entering our facility.
